I realize that spoilers have already been posted on other blogs. I wanted to include a little more information that was in the spoiler email. I will be reviewing the box that I purchased once it arrives. I encourage you to read the post because it does address questions that have come up on various forums.

IT’S SHIPPING DAY! It’s that time! Shipping day has arrived. We present to you full spoilers for the first ever DECOTERIE box for July 2015. If you like to live spoiler-free go ahead and close this email now. Everything has been lovingly handmade and curated just for you with personal customizations. We have double and triple checked each box for any issues. If for some reason you happen to catch a minor error please do feel free to contact us right away so we can take care that for you as quickly as we can. Also please note that this box is indeed fully customized and therefore includes variations on certain items including fragrances, colors, etc. The amount of items is the same for everyone but values may vary slightly within a few dollars. Also any linen pillows are made of completely natural flax linen and may show tiny nicks within the fabric and print due to the natural process it undergoes from plant to material. Since this box has been completely custom produced you will not currently find the exact items in stores but we are happy to announce that the DECOTERIE shop will launch in August! You can find similar items from our vendors and if you have any questions or want to replicate the same scent, color or personalization feel free to ask us. We also will start including labeling and care instructions for pieces going forward for custom made so you can still appreciate and enjoy it as if you bought it in stores.
A Note On Designer Pricing: The goal of DECOTERIE was to fill a void in the lifestyle and decor subscription box world but also to bring the love and appreciation of highend design to everyone at more affordable prices. We are very proud of what we accomplished with this box since normally our homewares are $200 and up for a single piece that we design from scratch in-house. You can follow us on Instagram to hear more about our conversations on pricing with hashtag #truthytuesdays but just know everything is completely crafted by hand here in America, nothing is made in China or India or third world countries where mostly child slaves are making less than a dollar a day so that polyester or toxic cotton goods can be sold for the cost of morning coffee. We also strive to stay completely natural and eco-friendly as much as possible. With full transparency we did keep in mind the huge promotion we offered during launch, but decided to offer full value for this box regardless. However, the next box will see a major bump in luxury materials as seen in our signature collection (think wool blankets and hand beaded pillows) as well as our deluxe box we unfortunately couldn’t use this time around due to the size of the pillows. The best quality, the best materials, and great design. That is our mission! Now on to the goodies! PS: We included a little extra gift for everyone, no special treatment here because everyone receives one, and it is our way to pass it forward.
