As we grow, it’s important that we invest in continuing to make improvements to our service while staying true to our mission and values. Over the next few weeks and months we’ll be making a few changes. Although these changes will not immediately affect any current active subscriptions, we wanted to share them with you in advance.
Manage Your Account
- We’re building a subscriber login section so that you can manage your account. In this section you’ll be able to update shipping and billing information as well as pause, cancel or restart your subscriptions. For our current subscribers, you’ll receive an email from us in the coming months, with more details once your account has been set up in this new system. In the meantime, please continue to contact customerservice@lovedandblessed.com to make any changes to your account.
Shipping & Handling
- We’ve been grateful to be able to offer free shipping within the US since our launch last October. A few months ago, USPS raised the postage rates for First Class Packages. After much consideration and calculation, we have determined that we unfortunately can no longer offer free shipping. All current 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions will continue to receive free shipping for the length of the subscription. All current month-to-month subscriptions will continue to receive free shipping for the next 3 months. Starting November 1st, 2015, a $3 shipping and handling fee will be added to all month-to-month subscriptions. International postage rates will remain unchanged.
Gift Subscriptions
- If you purchase a new gift subscription, you’ll notice that we will now ask for your recipients email address. We’ve been blessed to have so many subscribers that we can no longer handwrite our gift cards. All current gift subscriptions will continue to include handwritten gift cards inside each box. For all new gift subscriptions an email will be sent to your recipient on a date that you designate. You’ll now be able to include a personalized gift message in your email!
Shop Now
- We’ve been overwhelmed by requests for previous boxes. Soon we’ll be offering many of our previous boxes, posters, stickers, scripture cards, gifts, and more for purchase directly from our site!
Thank you again for your support and feedback! Many of these changes are the result of your invaluable suggestions. We hope that you will allow us to continue to encourage you and your loved ones for many months and years to come.
