There must be some sort of formula used in tracking numbers that I can’t figure out. Maybe the goat syndicate or coaster conglomerate is in charge.
My Loved & Blessed Box was mysterious delayed for days.
My Goodebox tracking number has 2 separate entries showing both going to me. One has a delivery date of 8/8 and the other one has a delivery date of 8/11.
Then my absolute unfavorite. The one where you check the tracking number thinking it will show up tomorrow only to find out that it is in pre-shipment!!!
Go pet a cat! Or a dog! Even a hamster or a bunny.

I am glad you posted this as I have a bit of a problem and am unsure what to do. I recently ordered a subscription box, never got a confirmation or shipping/tracking email and my box showed up with no warning. I am very happy it came and I do really like the subscription but because of the lack of communication I am unsure whether to keep it or cancel it.
That really depends on the box and the customer service. Is this a common thing for this company or uncommon? How is the response if you email them with a question? How unique is the box?

I have only received one box so far so I may give it another month and see what happens. I don’t think it is common for this box but to me customer service is just as/equally important as the box. Thank you for the feedback Shana!
Rachel – Do you want to post the name? I can always edit it out. There are boxes that show up with no warning because they have to pay for their tracking numbers to be sent to them. They will provide the tracking number, but prefer to wait until an x amount of days after shipping. I don’t know about the confirmation. That’s a little strange. I plan to set up an email tomorrow/today for the blog. You can always email me once my email is set up. I’m heading to bed because I am an East Coaster, but think about it and let me know if you want to post it or email me etc.

That happened to me recently and then I looked in my junk/spam folder and there it was! There have also been a few where I got the tracking email shortly before or even AFTER my box had already arrived, but I don’t mind that actually.
I hate when that happens. I received the tracking number for the Funko Marvel Collector Corp Ant Man after it arrived. I shouldn’t complained because there is a twitter account dedicated to their delivery problems. https://twitter.com/mccfail People are posting in August that they have not received their June box. I hope my August box arrives without any problems.

I also never got Love + Blessed last month. Just realized that so now they have to send me July and August…. They have such good customer support though. I bought 6 months but used some of them on the back months so they did not get my months left down in their system.
I still haven’t received my last bare bliss box… Hmmm I smell goat

Yeah I cancelled. I emailed and cancelled and then was like “dude where’s my box?” and they said they would send it but I haven’t seen it…

I have had some trouble with tracking too. I subscribe to Goodebox, Kloverbox, and Petit Vour (I’m taking a break from the Vegan Cuts Beauty Box). I can’t remember which box it is, but one of them is shipped using DHL and then passed off to USPS. I can never get the DHL tracking to work so I just track it with USPS since they will be delivering it anyway. It usually shows that it’s being processed and then all the sudden it will be scheduled to deliver the next day. I think the issue is that the packages aren’t always scanned when they’re supposed to be.
I still have about 4 purchases on Amazon that I received months ago, but according to the DHL tracking, they’re still on their way! It’s annoying because the purchases are still “open” on Amazon because they don’t know they’ve been delivered.
