Lets discuss our favorite coffees and coffee subscriptions. I’m not knowledgeable about coffees and will sit back and relax.

Zelda does not suffer fools. I had to take this photo a few weeks ago because she is rarely around Link.

    Cute kitty picture!
Because of heart burn issues, I actually buy Jiva coffee cubes via Amazon. I discover Jiva from Randomly’s LE GE box. It is natural coffee in a cube versus standard instant coffee. Wish they had more favors via Prime because I would have to buy $60 to get free ship via Jiva directly. But due to nursing I really restrain myself from having coffee as much so it is not something I fuss over :/

So I get my coffee this morning and then head over to this site and see a bag of coffee. And I think, today has started out just great.

I mentioned this in the Kitchen HG, but my favorite coffee bean is Peaberry Kona. I buy it when I visit Hawaii, and when it runs out I use Dunkin Donuts. I really should get a coffee subscription to try new beans and blends.

Punt, I’m also nursing right now so I limit myself to one cup a day. I didn’t drink it at all while pregnant, so this is a great luxury for me now!

Haha… I drank coffee while pregnant (one cup … Lattes preferred since it has less caffeine). I just worried that wee one will be caffeinated bc pediatrician said. Funny how I drank a cup of coffee occasionally with nursing with my other wee ones and you are doing it with no issues thanks *goes to make a cup now*

BTW now I am having guilt for those few coffees. I only drank coffee when needed so it was once in awhile. Especially since the heartburn it is now Jiva when at home. I know it is the acid we must be making it wrong we bought from the fancy store the same coffee :/

My pediatrician’s handout said to drink caffeine “in moderation”. To me, that means one cup a day, guilt free. I did the same for my first. I guess the caffeine passes through the milk and can affect their sleep, but they both took/are taking their morning nap after nursing (and I would have my cup before I nurse). Besides, happy mom, happy kids, am I right?

Every kid is different, but you should not feel guilty over this!

By the way, my OB told me I could have one cup of coffee or soda a day without worry, but for me, it is easier to go cold turkey rather than risk cheating (large mug, for example), which is why I didn’t drink coffee while pregnant. So nothing to be guilty about, Pnut!

Thanks. Was not sure whether some judgy sanctimony might pop up here! We have been drama free here so far just talking about drama 😉
I think I turned out ok and I was formula fed and watched A Current Affair because there were no cartoons after school. Ignorance is bliss I wondered what was all the fuss about “kissing” lol

I love Kona coffee and order it online. I get two coffee subs, Blue bottle and Driftaway.

Your bag of Driftaway from last week’s empties inspired me to go take a peak at them. I’ll probably subscribe. Thanks for enabling!
