Holy Grail Series: Part 2 – Everyday Palette

Disclosure: I purchased these items on my own. There is a referral link to this post.

What is an HG? Otherwise known as Holy Grail, it is something you reach for often, buy sometimes at full price it is so good, your precious(es)…

Let’s get this post started!

I am dividing the Palette series into two parts. Part 2 is about an HG Palette that you reach for so much you might or did hit pan. Part 1 AKA “My Precious” previously reviewed is where you have a precious HG Palette (or two or three) that is so beautiful you hardly use it and mostly admire it.

I have a Gwen Stefani song stuck in my head…

My HG Palette that I reach out for most is my Jane Iredale My Steppes Compact in Warm that came in Popsugar’s 2015 LE Resort box.

Monkeys go bananas for Jane Iredale!

I love the glosses they are great alone or together. The blush and bronzer are so soft and go on like a dream. I use a light application with brushes, so this palette will last a long time before I hit any pan. This was my first foray into Jane Iredale. I am digging this brand!

I don’t have a HG palette, my precious or otherwise, but that monkey aden & anais swaddle blanket is my absolute favorite! All my others get ignored in favor of that one.

Wee ones love the monkeys! Must be that they are really monkeys that jump on the bed! I bought the jungle jam set of two because I only wanted the monkey and giraffe prints! I do not understand why Duchess Kate choose the chick swaddle over the giraffe and monkey for baby George. I love baby chicks but I did not like the print, the hippo is ok but not enough to buy the full set.
