Anyway, you fill out a small questionnaire that asks you a bit about your style and the types of items you would like to see fill your box.

Aimee Kestenberg – Elise Barrel Satchel (Distressed Gunmetal): I LOVE this purse! Love! I was shocked when I pulled it out because it was something I would have gladly picked out for myself. I like the color and how it will go great with some grey skinny jeans and boots. I also like that it has a zillion pockets for me to stash things in. There is nothing I like better than stashing stuff in a purse! Then when I clean it out it is like a treasure hunt!
I did a search to find the purse and found it for $129 (down from $268) on Gilt. This purse if obviously the big item in the box. I wonder if the person packing it felt like they didn’t want to part with it… I know if I had to send this off to someone I would be super sad face.

Erickson Beamon – Faux Pearl and Stone Statement Necklace (Hematite/White): I saw this spoiler and was not sure if I would like it or not. I usually like something that is more simple and less “statement.” I mean what if the statement is something most people don’t agree with and my whole day is spent trying to change hearts and minds?
I actually really like it and while I doubt I could wear this to work I know I can rock this at a holiday party with a cute sweater! It has a lot of interesting details and once on it will liven up an outfit. Plus Erickson Beamon is a pretty cool design team that have a ton of fancy jewelry I want but can’t have unless I rob a bank or sitting around reading celebrity gossip starts paying a ton of money.
My usual statement wear is Flamin’ Hot Cheetos stained fingers and cat hair.
RJ Graziano – Retro-Glam Gem Stoned Bracelet (Gold/Multi): I didn’t know what to think of the bracelet until I tried it on. I didn’t know if I would be able to pull off something so large on my wrist because I have a small boney set that are as weak as they are oddly furry.
I like the look because it is bold but also does have a retro feel. I can imagine wearing this while at a dark cocktail bar where I only have $20 on me, but want to look like I have a lot more. Ya know where I order a beer, but I could have gone ahead and bought that fancy drink.
I feel a little bit like She-Ra when I wear it!
Alta Vintage – Gold Tone Collar Necklace: This is a really pretty delicate piece that fits my style. It is really easy to put on so my arthritic paws won’t have trouble getting it on and off. It is also comfortable while being worn which can be tough to find when shopping for a collar or so my cat tells me…
Perfect for a date night or a trip to the pet store…
Alta Vintage – Antique Inspired Stone and Link Bracelet (Two-Tone/Onyx): I would have bought this for myself it is so perfect for me. I want to wear it to work but like drinking a vat of ranch, it does not go with my Fitbit. What this bracelet will go with is just about everything else under the sun. It is understated and really does an antique look to it.
I am tempted to make up some story about how I found it in a dusty antique shop or how I was given the bracelet by an artist who painted exclusively with shrimp…
Private Label – Tortoise Aviator Sunglasses (Gold): I always love to get sunglasses and I really needed a replacement pair of Aviators for the pair I scratched while innocently tossing them into my purse. I was sad that these did not have a hard case but the fabric case will stop them from suffering the same fate as the last pair. I think people might be put off by the idea of a “Private Label” being in the box. I personally don’t mind because the sunglasses look good enough for me.
I wear my sunglasses at night… and inside my place… to take pics….

Verdict: I was really blown away with my box from 5th Avenue. I was really lucky to receive items that were well suited to my taste, so that value was there for me. I don’t know what is this season or last, but I will wear these items a lot! I don’t get caught up in retail values usually, but was overjoyed with the value of the purse. Now if only I could get them to ship a little faster…

Ohhh, I love this! You did score some gorgey booty! I love it all, but couldn’t pull off those sunglasses–I’m more of a giant, 70s frame face shape. The bag is like a really glam small gym bag. Perhaps you ought to find some sort of uppity gym where you’d fit right in with a metallic gym bag, a glam necklace, blingin’ bracelets, aviators, lipstick, and a gold crown [Sub Bella’s crown/necklace gave me the idea]. You’d show up and say things like, “Ciao, Antonio, darlingggk! Excuse me. Who is that lint licker perched on my bike?”
ps: I kinda want to try Soulcycling now… has anyone tried it? It has “dance and laugh” in the description! And they say eat a snack! I like all of those things.
I wear all sunglasses because I have made myself believe all sunglasses and hats were made for me. No matter what anyone tells me hahaha I wish I thought of the gym joke for my review!!! lol “Uhhhh these weights dont match my purse I am out of here!” I haven’t tried it but I hate dancing type classes because I am lanky and people always laugh when I “try.” Are those tears or is it swear? I will never tell…
I realized the other day that my dancing/rhythm was a tragic mix of unhip mom and Muppet. I sort of do this booty waggle with my arms flailing in the air. Sigh. I can’t do dance classes also because I have a hard time transposing what the instructor facing me is doing into what I should be doing. The one time I went to Zumba I was in the back going the wrong way, waggling my booty with the tiny Eritrean grannies who also did not come with special black Zumba shoes.
