Bespoke Post “Frost” Subscription Box Review – November 2015

Disclosure: This box was paid for by me using a Groupon voucher. All opinions are of my own and my family. There are affiliate links in this post.

Bespoke Post creates 2-3 themed boxes a month geared towards men. They include quality items that most of the time can be appreciated by all. Sometimes even dogs! A benefit of this box is that you can log into you account and select to skip the month as long as you do it by the 5th of the month. It’s actually by 2 am on the 6th on my account, but I am unsure if that is correct in every time zone.  Best to remember to skip before the end of the 5th of the month.

Subscription: Bespoke Post

Price: $45.00 a month

What to Expect: Each month 2-3 curated themed boxes are released. A box is selected for you based on a short survey. You can choose to stay with that selection, change it to a different selection from the current month, or pick an older box if it is still available.  It’s easier than it sounds.

The brochure included great tips for grooming in the cold weather.

Don’t forget to moisturize!

I ordered this box for T. He is pleased with the items selected.

White Pine Hand Salve
White Pine Hand Salve

Barnaby Black White Pine Hand Salve: The hand salve can be applied to your hands, face, and body to seal in moisture. It has a very light scent. The white pine pitch has been used by different cultures to waterproof objects.

Makes sense to me!

Fisherman’s Friends Original Extra Strong Lozenges

Fisherman’s Friends Extra Strong Throat Lozenges:  The throat lozenges recipe has been around since 1865.  It’s still a family business.

It must work great!

Gilded Age Frost Sheepskin Leather Gloves: My 16-year-old is evolving his look into a young adult look. He requested that I purchased the Bespoke Post Brisk Scarf Box and the gloves for the upcoming winter season.

Looking inside the glove

The gloves are warm which is needed in our area. It can be quite cold especially with the whipping winds.

It’s been a mild fall. Instead of wearing coats and gloves, we are wearing short-sleeve shirts. I tested the gloves on his phone. They work great! There is a sizing chart that we used on the Bespoke Post page to determine his glove size. No issues with sizing either.

He is wearing the Grey and Red Tartan scarf from Brisk along with the gloves from Frost. Both Frost and Brisk Bespoke Post Boxes are in stock. Frost is sold out of size 9 gloves. The three scarves choices for Brisk is still available. The black watch tartan scarf is the one I reviewed in October. T is wearing the Grey and Red Tartan scarf. Little Miss Stilettos and Grits reviewed the Gray Herringbone Scarf last month.

Little Miss Stilettos and Grits also reviewed The Butcher Bespoke Box that was available as a November option. I came close to buying it, but it was a little too small for what I wanted. I was looking for a slightly larger cutting board to give to my husband as a birthday gift. I read her review and want to buy it despite the size!

We need a Bespoke for Women subscription box!

Garfield is T’s cat. He is eight years old and was born on the farm to a half-feral mom and feral father. He likes to sleep during the day and party outside at night.

Old and new boxes are available for purchase. Customer service is wonderful. It’s a matter of feeling comfortable with the price point and finding a selection that interests you.

Tell your son not to read this comment, but are you prepared for him to be a ladykiller in college? =) I like that you incorporated the two months of items together–they were both items Bespoke suggested for me, but I decided to hold out for my last month.

Heat, I did notice that Bespoke sent out an email with Christmas ideas for ladies that are available in their shop.
