I first starting getting subscription boxes I would think to myself that a sweets box would be the last think I would want. I mean, yeah, I like sweets but they are all over the place. Now I finally understand. The joy that Orange Glad brings is the discovery of new bakeries and treats that you would otherwise might not ever get a chance to try.
Needless to say I get super excited when I get a shipping notice because I know FOR SURE that I am getting something happy in the mail!
Ah yes, this is the box you hurry into a secret spot so that you don’t have the share the contents!
How sweet! The booklet inside goes over each yummy treat!
Le Petite Occasion – Chocolate Orange Grand Marnier Caramels
Poisoned Apples – Red Velvet caramels/Salted Pretzel Caramels
Hard Crack – Original Toffee Cookie
Two Moon Shortbread – Rosemary Shortbread
Tho Chocolate – Hazelnut Crunch Chocolate
Verdict: While I did notice the Hard Crack repeat from months ago, I don’t mind very much because the cookies really are very good. I like that there were new brands here and also that I many items were things I could have a little serving of and then revisit later. I know, I really ate it in one sitting, but I like the IDEA of having restraint. Orange Glad really is one of my guilty pleasures!
Good box!!! Theo has the best factory tour. You get to eat chocolate the whole way =D I love gifting chocolate from there COUGH so tell me which weird flavor you’d like.
