I got my tracking number this week for my Popsugar Must Have Resort Box. I have tried to stay away from spoilers but have inadvertently seen a few. I have read comments on the Popsugar FB page of people wishing and hoping that their box will get there before their exotic vacation.
Guess what?
I got the box but am not going resorting in any fashion.
That doesn’t stop me from dreaming though. If I could pick up and go on adventure right now where would I go?
More importantly where would you go?

Some of you might be saying Maui! Yes it is quite wonderful here. But living in the Aloha State doesn’t change the routine of life. We still have to pay taxes, fight road rage, grocery shop, cry, and go to work.
So where too?
Some place cell phones don’t work? A place where there is 24 hour room service? Toes in the water and butt in the sand?
Me? I want to climb Mount Hood!
2 years ago my brother and I attempted to climb Mt Hood but we got snowed out. And try as I might I have not been able to make it back there!!

Hehe well I am going to Maui and Vegas. But if I could just take off and go ANYWHERE I’d go to Greece [after looking up that Santorini island last week I want to go!] or Bali. My sesstra went and loved it. However, now I’ll go dream about it since it’s 1am.

If we can dream big, I would get a flight on Virgin Gallactic. I’m not smart enough to be an astronaut (hell, I had to look up the spelling), but I am dumb enough to cash in my entire 401k, sell my car, raid my savings, etc., etc.

Yes! I read the book and saw the movie. The movie was disappointing after reading the book.
For now, though, space tourism is just limited to staying inside the ship! I wonder how much I can get for a kidney…
A beach with salt!! Being around the great lakes is nice, but I want salt and heat !!

Venice. I have always wanted to go. The gondolas, the wine, the food, the architecture, the wine… And Maui, of course, is very high on my list!
If, no let’s say when! So when you go to Venice I highly recommend going during the time they have their Venice Biennnale. It is a huge art show that takes over the whole city and it amazing. I got to go when I was in college and it was a major life high-point. (the wine was pretty epic…..)

Oh pen pals! I totally want to go there too! The long flights are what distract me. I have trouble sitting still for an hour let alone the 8 it takes to get there!
You can get to my hood from my Portland place should you need to get back out there. I kinda wanted to do a subscriptionista meet up! Free lodging if you don’t mind roughing it (no cable and stuff cuz I don’t live there full time)
I’m typing this from a plane! I got the resort box but didn’t open it because I was so pressed for time. I like hats (punt even gave me the Rachel Zoe hat OMG) but didn’t feel much about the other items. Again things are different when you get them in hand…
I’m not even mad though. I didn’t go gaga for past boxes so….

Where would I go? Thailand or New Zealand. I love both places so much and just love the feeling of traveling there. It’s an adventure but not too wild. I totally imagine just taking off and seeing the world before having a cub or kitten. I also think if I got a new job I’d try to paralyze some space between them for a huge trip. Last time though I just worked lol it’s so weird. Before I traveled all over the world but had no money. Now I have no money but no time. Maybe the lotto?
Adulting can be so annoying! work just really gets in the way of fun..
