Fairy Door Deliveries – May 2016

Hello one and all to the Fairy Door Deliveries series where the fairies deliver subscription box goodies for my Pnut people!  Even the fairy dust is from subscription boxes (in the form of loose glitter eye shadow)!

The fairies also replace batteries on toys and find lost squirreled items on their free time.

Fairy Door

If you are new to the Fairy Doors looksee here, we installed the fairy door higher up because our medium/grande/middle Pnut child, Squeak, was already curious in “opening” the fairy door! Fairy Doors come in all sorts of colors (Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink, Purple and some with glitter such as ours above) for any child’s delight!

Fairy Doors should come with permanent installation.

Ok the fairies were slacking off in April but they kicked it in high gear for May!

The fairies are back doing their sub box deliveries!

Willow & Birch Apothecary– Perfume Oil in English Fog Scent

and

Country Pure Handmade Natural Soaps & Body Essentials– Egyptian Dragon Perfume

from Out Of The Box Sampler Bodaciously Bigger Box (see review here)

Both scents claimed to be natural so it was a good opportunity to have my Pnut people use something natural instead of foraging for something of mine.

We are a family of squirrels and foragers.

I did not like the rollerball perfume oil to the left which was English Fog scented so I decanted it for re-use. The rollerball is misplaced I think :/ Pipsqueak, the eldest of my Pnut people, did not seem to mind. Squeak, the most loved middle child in the world, claimed the Egyptian Dragon perfume spray on the right. It had blue hearts and smelled extremely good for smelling like a dragon. An Egyptian dragon. Because I would think dragons would smell more like sweat than flowers? Or just in general I mean that is a lot of pollution nowadays to fly around…

It smelled like a dragon from Egypt who had the travel bug, and who would fly through many rain showers and meadows. Many meadows. That smell like flowers. Nice smelling flowers.

Nail decals

from Macy’s Prom Set Box (see review here)

Even though these nail decals are tiny, they were only big enough for my Pnut people’s thumbs and big toes. I tried one on my ring finger and I was really impressed it stayed on until I took it off. When I had these as a kid the decals kept slipping off. Pipsqueak wanted to use the nail decals as stickers in her sticker book.

Although if I go that route I can see it now. Three girls with nail decals over their face, ears, and body. Especially the infant.

Imagine I Can Caterpillar Connect

from bluum Box (see reviews here)

This and another tin from bluum were gifts delivered by fairies. They are both so small and cute and went in my JuJuBe diaper bag. I take them while we wait for our noms. One time it prevented a meltdown as we waited inside a playground center while it rained. The girls just like to build a caterpillar or two by themselves or together.

Whatever doesn’t cause a meltdown in my book is good!

Bluma Project Capri Bracelets

from Pop Sugar Must Have (see Onderria’s review here)

The girls were more impressed with the pouch than the bracelets. Mailbox Junkie was more impressed with the bracelets than the pouch.  So Mailbox Junkie will be getting the bracelets!

Mailbox Junkie, who will also be getting another May PopSugar box like me, will have over $200 of seed bead bracelets!

Me to We Rafiki Bracelet

from Good Being (see Mailbox Junkie’s review here)

This was a duplicate received in back-to-back Good Being boxes but I was thrilled to receive a repeat for my Pnut people. According to my husband, Pipsqueak and Squeak were quietly playing with the necklace on the couch and then they quietly left the scene of the crime to play in another room. You can guess what happened! I kept the broken beads because they appeared to be great quality for a future project. The current necklace is still intact!

I think this was the sweetest fairy door delivery ever because Pipsqueak held the packaging in her hands and happily blew the fairy dust off the packaging and was enthralled with the fairy dust sprinkling all over.

Wonderment is magical at any age!

Winding Ladybug from

Sweet Surprises by Bakery Charms

This adorable ladybug not only moves forward but does flips and spin in circles!  I was more than pleased I would have just expected the ladybug to just move forward and spin in circles if I was lucky.

Should I be pleased when I spin in circles as well?

So this wraps up the fairy deliveries for this month!
