Back to sheet masking. Hurrah!
Tony Moly Changing Magic Foot Peeling Shoes: This was a gift from Subscriptionista. I get incredibly thick calluses on my feet that rub the softer spots of my skin and give me blisters. I have a pumice stone and cut them down with scissors, but peeling foot masks are helpful too. This was by far the strongest once I’ve tried yet! It might have been a bit too much for the poor, soft tops of my feet, but it’s working well on the bottoms.
Bonvivant Botanical Mask Pack – Niacinamide and Lime: Memebox has released a new, inexpensive line of sheet masks. The material isn’t as thin and clingy as their botanical fiber ones, but they’re good and the price is right, even without the added boxes, sales and deals.
Bonvivant Botanical Mask Pack – Camomile and Tea Tree: I’m wary of anything with tea tree because I’m worried about my dry, dry cheeks, but this worked out okay. It was nice on my oilier regions, and I just made sure to use extra serum.
Tosowoong – Pure Snail: This is another mask from Subscriptionista and was the first sheet mask I used after a week without. So nice and hydrating after the long break!
Freeset Donkey Milk Skin Gel Mask – Healing: I like this very much indeed. I think the aqua version might be a little bit better for me, but both are excellent. It’s so cool how the gel just sinks into your face.

Dude Wipes: Always nice to have individually wrapped wipes for when you’re on the go.
Simple Cleansing Micellar Water: I love getting beauty samples in my food boxes! Although I’m not sure I can really tell the difference between the different micellar waters.
Scinic Prelab Toning Peeling Tap: Still enjoying these.
Parlor Shampoo – Moisturizing and Repairing: This was fine, but nothing special.
Nuxe Masque Creme Fraiche de Beaute: I used this sporadically as a sleeping pack, but the strong herbal scent wasn’t my favorite. Eventually I realized it was waaaay past the use-after-opening period and finished it up on my legs. When I cut the bottle open, I realized it had separated and was kind of yucky. Still finished it off though. Not sure what that says about me.
Lador Scalp Scaling Spa: My face skin gets so much love and attention, but I don’t do anything for the skin under my hair. Time to change that! This treatment is full of things like ginseng and niacinamide. Believe it or not, this little tube is actually full size. But seeing as it goes on the scalp rather than all through the hair, and I don’t use it every time I shower, it lasted for quite a long time.
Kosmatology Foaming Hand Soap – Grapefruit: The pump mouth on this was very wide and soap kept clogging up the opening. I was constantly cleaning it out with a Q-tip. But I was still very sad to finish it up because that meant I reached a dark day in any subscription addict’s life: I had to actually buy my own hand soap! That was the end of my subscription box stash. Gasp!

American Provenance-Pinups and Paramours (Good Being)
This is billed as a solid perfume. It is essentially. . . essential oils in beeswax. The scent is just not strong enough to act a perfume in my book. I gave it multiple tries but I am finally tossing it.
Pinups are supposed to be memorable. . . sadly this one was not.
Seagrape Texturizing Hair Spray (Prospurly): There is a tad bit left in this but it a year old so I am tossing it. For a texturizing salt-based spray, I really liked it.
No matter how much I like a salt spray, I will never repurchase. . . the ocean is just too close by if I really need the mermaid look.
14e Aloe Foundation Sample in Sunkissed: I finally committed to this foundation and ordered a full size. The coverage is similar to my beloved IT Cosmetics. The more I use it, the more I am convinced of its brilliance.
100% Pure Blueberry Mascara (Good Being): I love this mascara and pretty much every 100% pure mascara I have tried. This one is a year old and so it is time for it to go. (I know, I know….I should have tossed it a long time ago).
W3ll People Expressionist Mascara (Birchbox): Hands down best natural mascara wand IMO. I hate clumpy mascara with a passion and this one glides on smooth as butter!
Or as smooth as my aunts mashed potatoes. Not my mashed potatoes…. those are always lumpy
Precious Skin Sea Pearl foaming clay (Petit Vour): So I need to confess that I tried out Petit Vour for three months. This came in the June box. It does not spark joy so I started using it not only on my face but also on my neck to use it up faster.
Sorry fighting bunnies. . . you were not my cup of tea. I prefer my bunnies to frolic like my seabuckhorns!!
That’s all folks!!! Join us next time!

Great trash again today! I am on vacation and brought a bunch of closed to done products so I could toss them, now I want to save them all for Saturday trash! Maybe I will share my vacation trash for next week!

MBJ -Petit Vour has not sparked joy for me in a while, I keep hoping they will do a limited edition, which is what got me hooked on them to begin with. PV if you are reading this please?! Also I agree 100% on the 100% Pure! I have loved every one (both) of their mascaras I have tried…blueberry and black tea. I just recently opened my W3ll People and they are very similar and I am appreciating it as well!

Ake I brought a sheet mask to try while on vacation, I am so impressed that you take the time to do this so often! I have never received hand soap in a sub box! I stick with my EO, Deep Steep or Mrs Murphy and I buy it buy the “$hit-ton” according to my husband. I even keep one at my desk at work to take to the restroom with me!

    HAPPY SATURDAY Y’all!

Sheet masking sucks you in slowly. I did my first one maybe 10 years ago and back then they were more like a once per year type of thing. Watch out!

Ok so the last PV I got had the lil fox watermelon eye serum in it so I was tempted not to cancel but…. for just $10 more you can get a box that sends soooo much more so it had to go.
The only thing I think that W3lll people has over 100% is that the formula lasts longer while wearing it but the 100% blueberry smells amazing. Save your vacation trash!

I totally agree. I usually will buy some stuff if the value is there and to write about it. But yeahhhhhh not really the best boxes IMO the past few….

I am not a huge fan of the mascara as it does not make my lashes pop (mine are a mess) however it does darken and not hurt my super super super sensitive eyes. Well I know where I start sending my W3lll lol To the people go the spoils!

PV hasn’t done it for me either….

Pure Snail!?! Guess that name sells lol! But I will also step in your corner by self-admitting that I have used questionable products just to finnish them up.

I am loving natural mascara too!

    Great trash talk ladies 🙂

Yeah, the English names of some Korean products don’t always work so well cross-culturally. But three cheers for finishing sketchy products!

MBJ, if you like the 100% Pure products, you should keep an eye out for their $10 sale during the holiday season. Last year it was the first week in December, the year before it was Black Friday. But they offer some of their products (or small bundles) for just $10. Last year I combined it with a Gilt City voucher and got something like $300 worth of stuff for $40.

Ohhhh try to remind me you guys!!!! They have the BEST damn eyeshadow primer!!! I don’t know where I put my pot of it. But the base is pretty on its own and it holds well without making my eyelids puff up. Seriously a game changer for those with sensitive eyes.

Ake! I am so glad you got some use out of some of the stuff I sent!!! Makes me feel like I helped with an empties post in a way hahahah (I suck but I finally have some stuff together for one in the future heh) I tried another foot mask and had SO MUCH foot come off. I was gross and even took a picture of the pile of skin but I was told by loved ones that it would NOT make a great post for the site because it is truly astounding and heinous. In mid Aug I should have another mask and such pack to send out to you.

See what happens when I get my paws on an addy?!? LOL

Thanks as always for your input!
