Haha, have fun! I hope your boys sleep / sit quietly the whole time!

I will be having my 3 and 6 year old nieces over on Friday night. We shall watch Little Mermaid, do some crafty crafts, go out somewhere fancy for dinner [hopefully not yucky yuck Red Robin for the worst mac’n cheese ever], and then they will go to sleep and I will return them the next morning whilst McBoyfriend and I high five each other for being amazing faux-parents. Other than that, I sense a lot of homework.

Good luck and have tons of salmon for me!

Just planning to spend the last pool days for the weekend capped off with a family BBQ.

And major blogging I need to catch up still adjusting to our new normal with Pipsqueak in K. I hope today will be the new normal because I got both Squeak and Squeakette to nap!

Bakery Charms has a charm bracelet club subscription and I just signed up for one of the choices so that is three months of reviews there. No special code just early access since I am signed up to the newsletter. Got Target today but having a little (just wee) buyers remorse so hopefully those three $5 gift cards I added to have to secure free shipping with $25 will alleviate the shipping issue for future boxes since they are supposedly “Red” cards.

Think customization is cool we all know what eyeshadow stick we would have choosen for a past Zoe!

        How is Pipsqueak liking it?

She loves it! She wants to be a teacher when she grows up.

I’m from Seattle and will be visiting in September! (Currently living in Montgomery Texas which my mother likes to remind me that’s about as far away as I could get) You should try to check out the Pacific Science Center(great for kiddos) and the Chihuly Garden Glass exhibit. Or you can go the natural route and go to Mt Rainier, there are lots of easy viewing areas for families with small children.

Thanks for the great suggestions! We can’t wait. Hoping the weather is nice….. (in that I mean not to cold!)

I’ll be getting on a plane with my two toddlers too. They’re experienced travelers though. My suggestion is to always schedule the flight during nap time and barring that, don’t let them sleep so they are tired once they get on the flight. Also, snacks. Also also, videos.

I’ll be going to my friend’s wedding reception. Just the reception – she eloped a few weeks ago!

I totally forgot about Labor Day sales! I’ll be keeping an eye out for something to throw away my money on.

100% Pure is having their 25% Off Friends & Family sale through September 2. I think it came up in an earlier discussion?

My husband and I just made a quick trip to Chicago to see Bruce Springsteen for the 3rd time this year. I love that city so much! That was our Labor Day (early) trip.
