I’ve been eyeing this box for several months, so when I saw a little discount I went for it. I wasn’t expecting to get the September box and so quickly, so that was a surprise!

Eco-Armour Outdoor Botanical Insect Repellent and Moisturizer: 4oz for $19 [full size!]

We don’t really get many bugs in the Seattle area, but spiders and mosquitoes ALWAYS bite me. Fall started in August, so I don’t have much use for this anymore. I’ll save it for next summer.

Organic to Green Liquid Coconut Oil Rose: 8oz for $25

This sounds great! I just hate rose scents =(

Let’s Put A Bird On It Unicorn Dust Cream Highlighter: $10 [full size!]
This color is a bit too bright for me, and I’m on highlighter overload. This will be donated or put into my bin to maybe try later. 

Live Beautifully Lip Glitz in Ruby Slippers: $8 [full size!]

This has a weird almost-peppermint scent which I’m not a fan of. The color looks nice on my lips, it says it lasts 2-3 hours, and the texture was alright, but it dried out my lips. There’s a little scratchy nubbin on the applicator area that doesn’t feel great.

Live Beautifully Travel Size Natural Deodorant: $4 in strawberry honeysuckle

This smells and feels like strawberry chapstick. It’s a bit sticky in the pits, but I didn’t mind too much. I did still sweat because it’s not an antiperspirant, but I didn’t smell. It’s not something I’d buy, but I am interested in trying other natural deodorants.

Any recommendations // products to stay away from??

Verdict: Wow, I didn’t realize it when I was looking at the contents before, but typing this up made me see I was not into this box! Sheesh. I think the deodorant was okay, and I’ll use the spray but everything else was a miss. I’ve already been billed for October, but I saw a cute bud vase spoiler so I’m looking forward to that.
