Leggings, jeggings, active wear, tights… whatever you choose to cover your leggies with [aside from jean things], you want to be comfortable, right?

I do. I go for comfort without looking like a total slouch. Only a partial slouch because my clothing is usually some eclectic mix of wtf and okay.

enjoy leggings february 2016Honestly, I wasn’t too thrilled with the January package, so I was curious to see what February held.

Another pattern that is not really my style. I’m not a fan of bold prints like this, or roses.

I actually went to a tea party yesterday, but I did not wear these =)

No brand on these.

Verdict: Another month that I wasn’t thrilled by. I was able to swap January’s leggings for some beads.

Which totally sounds like a Jack and the Beanstalk story, but nothing grew when I planted the beads.

Like I mentioned last month, my previous two leggings tore in the crotch after wearing each 2-4 times. I’m pretty bummed =\ I forgot to cancel, so I’ll be getting March Madness leggings.

Heh. Basketball leggings would probably not be a slam dunk ;D

What do you think? Have you tried LulaRoe? People keep recommending them to me. Should I try them??

I actually really like this print, and I’m not into florals. The dark floral print has been on trend for a few seasons. Try them on with a white tee, denim jacket and some chuck taylors!

I’m trying to swap them Artemis, but that sounds like a cute outfit! I also don’t own any of those clothing items, but I’ll definitely hire you as my stylist

    Great suggestion by Artemis!!

I just heard something on the radio about LulaRoe this morning so I googled it for you:

LuLaRoe leggings are ripping and previously loyal customers are not happy about it. The company reportedly has known about the problem for a while now, but says there’s not much they can do to remedy it, according to Business Insider, which obtained an internal company email.
Per Business Insider, the internal LuLaRoe email from Patrick Winget, head of production, is dated January 17 and reads: “The leggings may get holes, because we weaken the fibers to make them buttery soft. We have done all we can to fix them.”
For the uninitiated, LulaRoe fans rave about how “buttery” the leggings are, so this could come as a bummer that the same production technique that gives them that super-soft feel is also the reason they’re prone to rips and tears. Customers are complaining the leggings are getting holes within just hours of wearing them. There’s a Reddit discussion about the holes, an online petition demanding better quality control at LuLaRoe and a Facebook group, which is now numbering more than 14,000, for LuLaRoe shoppers to complain about their ripped leggings.

I also heard that you’re supposed to put them on more like pantyhose – gently, not tug them on like jeans.

Heat, thanks for sharing. I’ll post about it in the March leggings post, but they came pre-ripped, and I was definitely not happy. My coworker has a Lularoe obsession and was telling me today that she had to take her credit card off of PayPal because her husband pointed out that she bought five or six pairs in one week!
