Pamper Yourself: What Candle are You Burning?

Hi! How are you? What are you up to?

Have you ever had something happen (good, bad, or just motivated to share) to someone you love/know, and you just make a box up shopping from your subscription box stash? I love doing that. Also for the holidays and special occasions.

If I can only down so much peppermint tea (love the tingle but cannot have mint until I stop nursing). Someone will be happy with a mug and Dean & Deluca Peppermint tea duplicates that I received from a PopSugar Mystery Box.

I digress, today’s candle is…

Nest Sea Salt and something something I think.

I received this in Next By Nest and I am not quite done with it yet. I should have put it on my wax warmer but I have not (it’s just not the same)! I recently went through my stashes and discovered some wax tarts from Out Of The Box Sampler. They skipped August which was sad because it would have been the most oceanic/water scented month. Then I started to dig in NStyle’s essential oil kit. I did end up buying another diffuser on the Amazon.

Burning any candles and/or melting tarts and/or diffusing essential oils of the subscription box variety?
(or ploughing through your subscription box stash) recently?
Of course, random commentary is accepted!!!
Send any pictures of lighted candles and/or random decent pictures to pnutatsubscriptionista at gmail dot com!
XOXO,
Pnut

I always forget to light my candles.

So I lit one just now, thanks Pnut! It’s almond scented by Miss Selby’s. It’s okay – I really need to either finish it up or bust out another candle that I hopefully like better.

Random – I just finished watching the first two seasons of The 100 on Netflix and that is a pretty darn good show especially for something aired on the CW!

I used to LOVE almond scented stuff until my boyfriend (now husband) ruined it and told me that it smelled like cyanide. Weirdo. But I married him. And I am weird. I digress.

I heart Netflix. Commercial free so happy it and like others are in our lives.

Oohh, the “something something” candle sounds amazing

I bought a $10 diffuser with four oils from Grocery Outlet, and the bergamot and sandalwood oils that I put on it smell WAY too much like this natural bug spray I have. I might have to throw that pad out

Oh its one of theose cordless diffusers you got? I almost got one from the Amazon but the pad issue turned me off. I did emd up getting a second diffuser its so pretty and elegant. Wasn’t that much its a smaller capacity (200ML?) but I think it works just as well amazingly as my 400ML one. I am daring and sometimes use other non-acidic essential oils with it. I have gotten fancy and have started mixing diffusions which is not going so well either lol.

I would load up that pad with the stronger of the two oils to drown out the second one. You may need to not diffuse the pad for awhile lol.
