Here is one picture that I took this afternoon after I picked up some young wild arugula (AKA weeds) with some baby kale from my garden. The Imperfect item used was the olive oil in sautéing the greens and on top … although the olive oil did not show well as a topper so extra calories for me ;/
These extra olive oil calories were consumed for you!!!
Onward to the box!
Apple Overload Much?
The Squeakers LOVE apples and we were running low. It is a constant monitoring process though because I usually have the apples out in a bowl (sometimes with that PopSugar wire bowl seen above) and if we are not watchful, the apartment turns into an apple orchard.
That is, every few steps one takes would find an random apple with one bite. Snow White obviously does not live here. Four Squeakers do.
And as a sidetone/plug, if you want to make that Orange Ginger Chicken recipe but can not for any reason and you live by a Trader Joes, you need to try out their Mandarin Chicken in the frozen section. I believe its their #1 seller. Yum.
I need to do a random Trader Joes review lol.
Do you order your produce via CSA, a farmer’s market, or Imperfect Produce?
