We are huge fans of the stone fruit that Imperfect Produce has! We just finnished the last of last week yesterday and needed a replenishment. I do need to watch out for Squeakette though because she likes finishing half of a fruit and then wants a new one.

The squeakers were also pleased to see broccoli. It was not available for awhile but they went straight for it. Pipsqueak, knowing that her sisters get first dibs made sure to snap a “tree branch” for herself so the other squeakers can go to town with the two big pieces.

I plan to roast those parsnips soon. I do not think I ever bought parsnips because I am not keen on picking veggies that I do not cook but Imperfect Produce gives me an opportunity to try something new that will be guaranteed freshly picked in case its tricky to purchase something that I have not bought on my own before.

I have made overnight oats before (I used Trader Joe’s 7 minute steel cut oats with almond milk). If I am feeling extra crunchy, I add some chia seeds (pretty sure those are Trader Joes). I have not added a nut butter or sweetener but I might do it the next time that recipe picture sure looks nommy!
