I was not sure what to expect from Bakery Charms. I never read a review, and November is their second box even though November is their eighth subscription box! How did I miss out on this?

I perused their shop and decided everything look wonderfully detailed. I would be happy as long as it was not earrings in my first box. My box shipped the 28th and arrived on the 31st via First Class Mail. I thought that was fast shipping being it came from Hawaii. My GlobeIn packages take longer!

The items
The items

Bakery Charms is handmade in Hawaii from polymer clay and other materials. Jenn K. Lee designs and sculpts every piece, making realistic, inedible bakery jewelry and accessories. A couple of words pop out at me on the website, joy and delight. That is how I felt when looking at her pieces and the details that she puts in every piece.

Turkey Suncatcher
Turkey Suncatcher

J loves painting suncatchers. We will be working on the suncatcher this week. It’s a fun inclusion with Thanksgiving coming up.

It’s Turkey Time!

Holiday double charm Lariat

Holiday Double Charm Lariat: My 7-year old is going to use the double charm as a zipper pull. He loves it and is ready to decorate for Thanksgiving.

Why is saying, “Gobble, Gobble,” so much fun?

Thanksgiving Buttermints
Thanksgiving Buttermints

The Thanksgiving Buttermints are similar to what is giving to you at some restaurants after a meal. My family did not care about the similarities and already ate them.

How did they find room after eating Halloween candy?

Bakery Charms Pumpkin Pie Magnet
Bakery Charms Pumpkin Pie Magnet

Bakery Charms Pumpkin Pie Magnet: I was ready to wear my Thanksgiving jewelry! I was surprised to see a magnet. The only magnet that I could find on the website is a  Chocolate Chip Cookie Magnet.

I got over my surprise fairly quickly. I’m impressed with the details of the pumpkin pie. I ran my fingers over the magnet. The whip cream and pie crust is textured while the pie filling is smooth.

The pie filling is smooth and shiny enough to reflect the whipped cream. I love the details. T claimed it and took it to his room as soon as I was done taking the photos. He loves the magnet and thinks it is very cool.

There’s a five dollar coupon code. I may use it on the Autumn Macaron Stack Necklace.

My husband kept asking me if it was edible. No!!!

Little Lamb
Little Lamb

Little Lamb is posing so everyone can ooh and ah over him.

Verdict: My family found it to be a wonderful box that kicks off the Thanksgiving holiday season. We are looking forward to the December box and what might be in it. I love the details and hope that I can keep the next piece for myself! T loves pumpkin pie, so I was a nice Mom and allowed him to keep the pumpkin pie magnet.

Thank you so much for this lovely review! I’m so happy that you and your family enjoyed the box. 🙂

One small note: Sweet Surprises launched in April, so this was actually the 8th one.

    Thanks again!

Aloha Jenn! I saw your globe with assorted cookies do you have an island inspired chocolate dipped shortbread cookie? Can your globes be key fobbed? I am eyeing your snow cone fob! Inquiring minds want to know what Aloha products may be appearing to bring some paradise to the mainland! Thanks/Mahalo 🙂

Hi Pnut! Thank you for your sweet words. 🙂 I don’t have any chocolate-dipped shortbread in the store but I can make something for you as a custom order if you’re interested. Unfortunately, the globes are made of real glass so they’re not suited for key fob usage. Thanks again!
