Subscription: Little Luxe Box
Cost: $24.99/monthly, $67.50/3 months, $127.50/6 months
What to Expect: 4-6 indulgences centered around a theme.
Little Luxe Box is a monthly subscription box that will bring you indulgences from small businesses. It sounds like my kind of box. I saw that this month involved Brooklyn products. There are many wonderful small businesses in Brooklyn.
I took a quick peek into the box. I see chocolate and maybe a candle mostly hidden at the bottom. I see other items too, but the candle and chocolate caught my eye.
No surprise there!
I’m excited about the items. I used presents in the picture to send you a subliminal message to treat yourself. Is it working?
Everyone loves presents.
I took a picture of the above products because I like the color scheme. I like the pinks and purples.
Peeled Snack Apple 2 The Core: The Peeled Snack Apple 2 The Core is gluten-free and non-gmo verified. It is also USDA Organic. My husband and I both tried the dried apples. It has a pleasing apple taste.
Zelda wanted to try one too. She left after realizing it was not a kitty treat.
Everyone in my house loves food!
Card by Hartland Brooklyn: The card is printed on high quality felted paper.
The inside of the card is blank. The foil stamping is done in New York.
The envelope is made from post-consumer fiber paper.
I love the design. It’s bright and cheerful.
SW Basic Cocoa Lip Balm: SW Basic Products is made with five ingredients or less. I have the same lip balm on my computer desk. It’s one of my favorites.
I opened my newest one to show you that the lip balm does not look like cocoa. It does smell like chocolate. I will be putting this lip balm in my purse.
It smells delicious.
Raaka Virgin Chocolate Dark with Sea Salt: The USDA Organic chocolate bar is unroasted rendering it a virgin.
The back label explains why the beans are unroasted. It has five ingredients. We ate this bar right after taking pictures.
You can see the sea salt in the picture. It had a delicious dark chocolate taste with a salty twist. It wasn’t overly bitter because the cane sugar and maple sugar sweetened it up.
It was a wonderful small indulgence that I reluctantly shared with my husband for assisting me with the pictures.
Who is hungry for chocolate?
Brooklyn Studios Lavender Travel Candle: Perfect! A 100% soy wax candle with a cotton wick.
The candle is made with essential oils. I was burning it while writing the review. It has a wonderful lavender scent that fills the room.
Here’s the candle from when I first lit it. It has approximately 30 hours of burn time.
Zelda gives it her stamp of approval.
Verdict: I loved this box! I felt the items were selected with care. It felt like a box of special items that brighten up your day.

I like this! The close up pic of the candle and dandelion is my favorite. Was there info about the businesses, and were they all really from Brooklyn?
The information card is in the first picture. The Peeled Snack Apple has a Brooklyn, NY address. Hartland Brooklyn relocated to Upstate New York. SW Basics is located in Brooklyn. Raaka is in Brooklyn, NY and offers tours along with classes. Brooklyn Studios is in Brooklyn, NY and offeres classes.
Like this review as well! A candle and chocolate always adds instant happiness to any sub box. Zelda rightly gives her seal of approval!
I agree!
Ditto!
You chocolate picture is my everything right now. I feel like I can almost reach out and grab it!
