Simply Sweet? Simply a box I have been waiting for!

Orange Glad

Sweet Lydia’s – S’more: This S’more is made with love in Lowell, Mass. I have never been there but now I am wondering if all the houses are made from gingerbread and if it rains gumdrops because this treat is darn tasty! While this is big enough to share, I suggest you just go ahead and hide it from everyone else. Seriously some things are so good they are meant for only you.

That’s at least what I tell myself when I hide in the closet eating a treat while dodging the little paw clawing beneath the door… no Sophia von Bearcat de Coronado, this is not for you!

Orange Glad

Donsuemor – Nonette: This brand has been features before and I am totally OK with that because one again they put out a yummy product. The Meyer lemon flavor is there and I like the bite sized nature. Then I can just have one, and come back for more to prolong the sweet high.

They introduced their product’s in Berkeley’s “gourmet ghetto,” when I went to school there I just settled for teriyaki rice. Not joking…

Orange Glad

The Mill Fudge Factory – Belgian Chocolate Fuge: I love fudge and I love Belgian chocolate. This is pretty much my everything. I studied abroad in Belgium and they had so many chocolate shops you could stop into and pick from untold delights. I gained so much weight and was never farther than arms length from a chocolate morstle. One of the best times of my life!

Mill Fudge Factory is in New Hampshire… road trip anyone? They even have ice cream!!!

Clairesquares – Shortbread & Caramel Dark Chocolate Square: At 12 years old when I was busy accidentally microwaving Cup o’ Noodles without water, Claire was making delectable treats. This treat was made in San Francisco so it is a taste of home, that was made to be a taste of home for Claire except her home is Ireland. Basically, I am going to dedicate my life to the right to marry these squares and live happily ever after. It is my personal pursuit of happiness.

They say these pair well with Cabernet Sauvignon; I say it pairs with any wine and will happily take any challenge on that provided you get me more of these squares. I can get the wine.

Orange Glad

Pop Bar – Hot Chocolate on a Stick: You steam so milk and stir this in for a tasty treat. I don’t think I will ever take the time to steam milk, so I just microwave the milk and dip the pop right in. I love hot chocolate on a stick because it makes the whole thing a fun ritual and I like to think I savor it more. This is the real deal on a stick.

I want to eat this just plain, gnawing on it as I go about my day…

Orange Glad

Verdict: I am so happy to see more chocolate in the box! This box had a lot of new things for me to try and I enjoyed them all. The thing I like about this subscription is that they bring sweets to my door that are usually new to me. The point of the subscription is to bring a treat to your door and they delivered that this month!

It looks like a great box. I received Sweet Lydia’s before in a New England Sack box. Yummy. I have yet to receive a hot chocolate on a stick. I feel as though my life is incomplete.

I think they still have it at TJ’s. It was really a rich treat but I can’t help nibbling the stick hahaha

Fudge! Does this box get any better? Oh why yes with hot chocolate on a stick whilst munching on a decadent s’more and chocolate covered shortbread!!!

I had my last TJ hot cocoa on a stick yesterday. I am sad. I hope it is not seasonal…

I wonder if lemon cookies dunked in hot cocoa taste good? Nommy review Subista *leaves to fulfill chocolate craving*

This looks like the best Orange Glad box ever! If they were all like this, I’d totally subscribe. I just tried a Popbar Hot Chocolate on a Stick for the first time today – it was the dark chocolate and it was AMAZING!!!
