White Peach Pottery Box Review – November 2015

Disclosure: This box was paid for by me and there are no referral links.

Subscription: White Peach Pottery

Cost: $35 for a one time box [25 boxes only, non-recurring, new boxes in January], though from Dec 8-13th she is running a 20% off shop discount with the code VERYMERRY.

What to Expect: a variety of pottery pieces valued at $50+. The pieces you receive will be exclusive to the box you receive, and in the spirit of exclusivity will never be available here on the website for individual purchase.

Sub Bella review this box a couple of times, and even though I have a metal allergy, I really liked the glass pottery earrings she got. Unfortunately, WPP doesn’t sell anything she makes for the boxes. Which is neat kinda, I guess, no, I want cool earrings. Other than that, the other aspect that drew me to WPP is that she is adopted and has a page where she makes donations from her sales to people who are adopting. I’m not adopted, but I’ve always wanted to adopt a child, so I was touched by that.

White Peach Pottery November 2015

This was shipped in a priority flat rate box with a large FRAGILE sticker on the side. Everything was nicely nestled inside the box with packing peanuts.

They didn’t even stick to my arm! Magic peanuts.

Happy Owlidays Ornament: Owl pun ornament!!! I love owls, as you can see by my Owl Crate and Fandom of the Month [coming soon] giddiness. What a hoot.

Owl keep this forever in my tree!

The note with the bubble wrapped surprises!

White Peach Pottery November 2015 salt and pepper

I was very confused by the contents. After unwrapping everything I just stared at the pieces and walked away, mad that I had two figurines that said salt and pepper.

Later I came back and flipped over the info card.

I will be the first to admit that I’m dumb.

White Peach Pottery November 2015 instructions

Turns out they really are salt and pepper shakers, and not just little figurines with misleading stampings! I wish there was a little tray for placing them on so I do spread salt + pepper with wild abandon atop our dining room table, but fortunately I am crafty and have lots of clay / Value Village is down the street. I haven’t tried them out yet–I’ll do that after tray time happens.

Condiment joke: Ketchup, or the mayo-r will a-salt you with pepper spray!! Yeah I just made that up. #hilarious4life

Thanks misslindsayleigh for reminding me that I forgot to put up the pepper hole!!

mint lavendar scrub

The hand scrub is quite nice. I love the smell and my chappy hands feel much better. I keep smelling my hands, and I think it smells like Ricola cough drops!! It just needs a little spoon.

Also I really want to eat this. It just looks like a tin of brown sugar… om nom nommmm….

bathroom real estate

McB didn’t appreciate me replacing his ONE packet of antacid in the bathroom cabinet with my scrub, so I had to rearrange! The little green bars represent my vanity cabinet space out of three mirror panels–I moved into this house after McB and our roomie had been living here a year, and to celebrate my one year of living here I was given a full half of our dresser at least.

Verdict: I am much happier after realizing what the shakers were, and McB thinks they’re pretty darn cool. They need a little tray under them so the sprinkles don’t go everywhere, and the scrub needs a little spoon, so next week I will be making fun things out of clay! Yass, qween, time for a crafternoon!

PS: Someone asked for Christmas pics, and this is my brother’s tree that we all decorated last weekend. I think it’s like 80 or 97 feet tall, but I’m real bad at estimating…

huge christmas tree

What did you think of this box? Have you been stumped by any sub box contents lately?

Yay Christmas tree! I love it.

I loved the bathroom cabinet pictorial. Men. When I got married and moved in with my husband, he was similarly stingy with the space. I ended up putting my underwear in a suitcase by the door, so that (a) I would have to go there every day to get dressed, (b) he would see me doing so, (c) he had to explain it to everyone who visited and (d) he understood that I was already packed. I now occupy almost all the closet space. His stuff are in paper boxes under the bed.

      Awesome. Simply awesome.

Artemis that’s really funny! He actually let me have half the closet immediately, provided I throw away all my hangers that weren’t white or black [I had a cornucopia of colors], then just gave me a full dresser drawer so now I have half the dresser, and we share an office. So, things are actually split quite well other than bathroom space!!

I almost wrote magic pnuts =)

Heh … The newer peanuts are nomable as they are made of corn but I think the purpose is for easy degrading not nomming.

And I liked that made-up joke it reminded me of when I first heard “What did the big tomato say to the little tomato? Ketchup”. I giggled for a too long length of time for my age group 😀

I used to work with kids so I got to hear lame jokes and share my lame jokes, and I loved it! =D

I love white peach pottery, I got the mystery box that had the rainbow bowls and the earrings. If anyone wants the earrings let me know, my ears aren’t pierced and all my girlfriends said their ears are sensitive.
I have a few of the artist’s poem birds, they’re beautiful. The coupon code makes me want to order a whole flock of poem birds to place around my house.

Kay I was thinking about getting the song birds. I especially love the gold detailing! I follow the creator on Instagram and I love her wonderful pictures.

I would luurve your earrings. I have silver hooks I could swap them out for too! You can send a message to the contact or I can email you if you want to do a little swap =D

I have taking pictures and build a theme around the pictures only to discover I had an item wrong for a review! I have my moments too.
