Oh mystery bags. An invention by companies to cast off unwanted, out of season, or overstocked inventory. A brilliant idea when you think of it. We will send over crazy retail values but you have no idea what will come your way. Why are we sub box junkies so addicted to these? Personally, I think it is because we love a deal. We love the idea that we could get great stuff for cheap. So we gamble. Do we actaully save money in the long run considering that mystery bags contain, well, um mysteries (and sometimes the mysteries are complete busts)
Who knows? Who really cares? We have a whole heck of a lot of fun trying them out!

Product Breakdown:
Brow Brush (RV Est $10)
They don’t have the exact one I got on the website so I estimated based on the other brushes. The bristles are stiff so it seems more for grooming than applying brow stuff.
SCORE!
Confession: I am a brow sculpting newbie. When I attempt to “sculpt” them, I feel like I look like a young Brooke Shields without the glamour and perfect skin. So basically just bushy dark eyebrows
Eye Pencil with smudger in Periodot and Hidden Treasure (2 at RV $15)
These pencils are awesome! They are easy to use and offer clean lines. Plus the two colors totally work for me
SCORE x 2!
Lip Gloss Stick in Daredevil (RV $16)
Lightweight and glossy it has the moisture of lipstick.
SCORE!
Perfect Fit Eyeshadow Trio in Matchmaker (RV $23)
Pigment in these is a little disappointing (see swatches in video).
OFF-SIDES!
Survey Says:
This mystery bag was a huge win for me. I got great stuff in colors I can use. The products are ingredient conscious and cruelty free. The only real bummer was the eyeshadow but between the other four items I can’t complain at all. Now lets go play some Futbol!
That eyeliner looks like it was made in the same company in Germany that makes Origins eyeliners. Apparently most if not all eyeliners are made in Germany.
You mean I have a German army in my bathroom?!?! Noooooooooooo!
Hahaha… It’s a secret in front of our faces. Someone at MAC told me that and if I happened to look at so,e eyeliner it usually says made in Germany!
Or it could be a german soccer team… think of those legs..
