What You’re Getting:

From the mouths of Glossy “[A] selection of five beauty treats that include niche, high-end, and emerging brands. Our global experts scour the latest trends to bring you beauty essentials, housed in reusable keepsake boxes.”

I really love Glossybox for it actually does a great job of finding products not readily sold in the United States. This month box has stuff from far away places such as the United Kingdom, Spain, and New York.

And a gorgeous box to boot!

Novell New York

Novell New York: Exclusively sold and Neiman Marcus and Bergdorfs. I have not recieved a mini perfume in a sub box for awhile and really this or travel/full sizes should be the only inclusion into boxes. I was warned that this was an old lady scent so I was concerned when I smelled it first because I liked it then I thought I was an old lady and then BAM Norell went into full old lady smell.

So I am not an old lady as I feared.

In any event, the Norell New York bottle is cute and will be added to my mini perfume (army) collection.

Everything is an army and I am its leader.

Biossance The Nourisher

Biossance The Nourisher: It took awhile for me to twist open this little sucker. I thought this was a serum and then put it on and was like this is an oil. It is an oil serum! I do not detect any scent so it must be light and a rose scent if it is scented after all it is marketed as a precious rose face oil. I am going to mix this with a serum that makes me feel parched. Because I am using a serum right now that is makes me feel parched. I believe Onderria is a fan of this serum as well!

Studio 10 BROW LIFT PERFECTING LINER

Studio 10 BROW LIFT PERFECTING LINER: This was transported from over the pond for me. I like this dual-sided brow and highlighter liner it is good for on the go and touchups because the pigment is controllable. When you buy one of these brow/highlighter, one is donated to those going under cancer treatment. That is very touching cause click on the link to learn more.

Here is a kitty swatch over a swatch as I was swatching then realized all my fans needed a kitty swatch to better appreciate the product review.

The best swatches are kitty swatches…

Unani Dermo Defense Face Mask

Unani Dermo Defense Face Mask: Spaniards made this for me. I almost put this in my mask stash but it was calling out to me. “Hey Pnut I am a CLEAR GEL mask use me! Easy cleanup Pnut try me!” Unami Dermo Defense Face Mask is made for sensitive skin.  I might use this as a cleanser if I am lazy. I think masks can double as cleansers right? I am re-marketing this as a 1 minute facial 😉

Oh my look at this clear jelly goodness!

I slapped this on ma face and it was un-scented (perhaps the tiniest floral scent for one mili-second was detected). I love this and will be put in my shower as a mask that I will not ruin my towel with. I am starting to not use anymore messy clays that I have to put my towels immediately in the wash because I am that person.

This mask should be marketing for not scaring young children!

Leighton Denny Expert Nails Nail Polish in Pillow Talk

Leighton Denny Expert Nails Nail Polish in Pillow Talk: UKers made this nail polish for me but I have a ton of Zoya nail polishes that I have bought for under their $10 retail value. I should use them. So I am giving this $19 nail polish to Onderria because I think it would be perfect for her complexion than mine. Check out the above link Leighton Denny has catchy names such as Attention Seeker, Mutual Attraction, Statement Maker, and Temptress!

VIVA LA DIVA!!!

Verdict: I am still loving Glossybox. Of course the perfume sucks but it is a miniature bottle and I hardly ever use my minis so who am I to complain! I think sub boxes should get on the mini perfume wagon when it comes to featuring perfume it would be more postively received. I found a new mask that I love and won’t stain towels. I have a brow pencil that I can lose in my makeup bag and I am gifting my nail polish to my Subsista sister because I know it will make a great mani/pedi on her!

So many gems in this review from everything is an army to masks marketed as safe for wearing around children! You are so funny friend!! Loved the review and this looks like a pretty epic box for $21!

Good box! This is a sub I’ve considered. You have a good memory too because I do love Biossance. I have two little bottles of it now and I’ve been using it on my hands before bed. I’ve got so many night creams that I took Susie Adair’s good advice to use it on the backs of my hands. I predict I’ll probably be an elderly hand model.

Also, the funny thing is that I went “oohhhh! Pretty nail polish!” Haha, you read my mind Pnutlady.

Thanks Onderria 😀 You must have very succulent manicured hands by now!

I got a mani on Saturday. I chose shellac ombre glitter, but the pink is like Barbie pink, so it’s a bit out of my comfort zone!
