Treatsie Artisan Sweets Subscription Box Review + Coupon – May 2016

Disclosure: There are referral links in this post that when used give you $10 off and put $10 into my account so that I can continue to review the box. I paid for this box.

Treatsie is a subscription box that does a body good, trusting that doing a body good includes indulging your sweet tooth. I love how the name really does say it all for this subscription, and feels like a name a very fluffy regal cat would give a box like this. Also it is fun to say “I am going to have a little something from my Treatsie,” and not, “My family stresses me out and I am going to go numb the pain that gnaws at my soul with chocolate.”

Cost: $19.95 a month or cheaper for longer plans + Shipping

Izard Chocolate – Original Caramels: These are tasty and the bag is super full of caramel goodness. I never thought of myself as much of a caramel type of lady, but I have really developed a taste for them! These aren’t too sweet, and I can taste the vanilla in them which is rounds out the flavor.

I WILL be that old lady with a big purse and caramels inside aplenty!

Grey Ghost Bakery – Cinnamon Pecan Cookies & Chocolate Espresso Cookies: I love to try different flavors of cookies so this was already exciting. There were two in each flavor so you could share if you wanted, but ummm yeah… I didn’t. First cookie is always a mulligan to me! Anyway the flavor really is rich in each of the cookies. I found myself wanting to have a few more and sadly not being able to.

Grey Ghost is a legend that probably has nothing to do with tasty cookies I scarfed down in car after work…

Railey’s Confectionery – Acid Drops Hard Candy: I have tried many products in different snack and treat boxes from this company which is located in Tallahassee. I really like their candies a lot, and find that a few of them usually will hold off a full blown sweet craving. These are just as good as all the other products I have if even a bit more sour and with more real fruit taste.

Oh wow man! The colors! They are everywhere…. in my car… because that is where I do my sweets reviews!

Verdict: Treatsie is always a fun box to come home to, and then instantly hide. This month I was able to try new products from completely new brands and from one that I thought I knew so well! While I can’t help but want chocolate everything, all these items did hold up to the heat which I appreciate. This really is a box to first check out yourself and then share…
