Ulta isn’t as fancy feeling as Sephora but they have some of the best beauty deals around! I also like that at When Ulta runs a deal like a free beauty bag with a bunch of samples, you can stock up on things that you actually need (drugstore items and such) use coupons, and get the free beauty bag! I’ve stopped going to Target and CVS because now I can just get what I need without the lines or bitter disappointment of one thing being out of stock!
For samples they allow you to pick from fragrance, skincare, and mystery. I always choose mystery!
Alterna Haircare – Caviar Anti-Aging Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner Packets: I make no secret that I love Alterna and the Caviar line of products. I never buy it because holy moly way too spendy for someone who doesn’t wash their hair a lot and get so many samples!
If there ever comes a day I have a fancy bathroom that is spa like… Ya know one that is better than every room in the house and you find yourself hiding in it from your kids/spouse/needy cat? Yeah, then I will have full bottles of this as I let the suds take me away…
In this dream the bathroom also cleans itself!
Smashbox – Insta-Matte Lipstick Transformer Gel: I know it’s a small foil sample but I bet there are a few uses in one packet if you were inclined to keep it! I actually got jazzed when I saw this because I’m putting together a box for Onderria and I think she might have fun trying it out!
Weird to think someone thought up this product at all!
Verdict: Ulta’s mystery samples never really are crazy good and are mostly foil packets so I wasn’t expecting much. This is one of the better packs and I’m happy to share it. Ulta DOES have incredible deals and a great freebie program. So this order came with some deluxe freebies. Making this just icing on the cake!
