Supergoop!® Shine-On Lip Screen SPF 50

Ummm… I am happy to receive a tiny lippy with a high SPF that I can put in a pouch I use when it is sunny but it burns when I apply it. Not a tingly minty burn (and we all know I like the tingles).Like a lip plumping burn. It would be ok if it was advertised as a lip plumping. I will not be repurchasing but will use it up.

The only thing that will physically burn will be your lips but they should not be sun burned due to the high SPF.

amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo

This may be my third or fourth sample. I love it. It smells nice, works and just looks bright and cheery!

It is the little things like a perky dry shampoo that makes your morning a little better after a sleepless night.

 

Dr. Jart+ Premium Beauty Balm SPF 45+

This is the second time I tested this sample. I first tried this out via Sephora’s Sun Safety Kit. Do not let the swatch blob below fool you as it is a very light color too light for my summer tanned medium olive complexion.

I feel like I hoard these samples whenever I see the opportunity I jump to get another! This is my favorite facial scrub since the demise of Microdermabrasion in a Jar.

Milk Makeup Ubame Mascara

I was totally curious about the balls on this mascara. I whipped the wand out. If one was very diligent and if did not have up to three squeakers clamouring for her attention, gorgeous lashes could happen from this. 

I must like talking about balls but not using them 😉

 

Verdict:

Loved my box this month! I think this curated box was made for two people: (1) Newcomers to Birchbox and (2) Loyalists that know the two repeats are Birchbox’s bestsellers and are a lure to buy full size 😉
