I LOVE the service that Grove Collaborative offers. Every item that I received was either a promotional free item or discounted. I will keep a lookout for more promos and let you know! Most of the products that I bought were not found on discount via my beloved Amazon. Because I wanted to avoid passing Target and paying $200, we would buy our cleaning products on Home Depot (which were not discounted at all).
We all know how I want to save money in the comfort of my own home.
I found signing up was easy. Grove Collaborative asks a few questions and then curates a box for you. You can then feel free to delete and add items as you wish.
There is a $2.99 shipping charge BUT if you sign up for VIP status, the shipping fee is waived! So while you are shopping look into the VIP trial because you receive free shipping for two months and then you pay $19.99 for a year. In addition to VIP status, you will receive freebies amounting to five (5!) full size items within a year so $19.99 pays for itself in (1) free shipping, (2) five full size items and (3) the already discounted savings on items purchased!!! And if you forget to add the VIP trial to your order (like I did) the VIP trial option appears after you place your first order. And then if you forget that, I am sure the awesome customer service will take of you!
Once you make an order you can set up to change when you want your next delivery and what products you want for that delivery. Grove Collaborative will send advance email reminders and a text reminder (if you give your cell) when a monthly box is scheduled so you can make any modifications to that order. Also a week after you sign up, you will be able to “purchase now” if you need something now.
Note on Customer Service:
Not only is customer service awesome, make sure you look under the customer service representative’s signature because there might be a link with a coupon to one of their favorite products. You know me and codes and coupons.
I also was recently sent an email blast from Grove Collaborative with some points that they wanted their customers to be aware of and if you are not happy with a product they will compensate you! How awesome is that!?!
An other awesome plus is that if there is a promo for new customers, Grove Collaborative usually also rewards continuing customers with a promo as well!

Squeakette came home looking like this. I then looked at Squeak and then asked her whether she had one even though she is in a different classroom (siblings can not be in the same classroom).
You know, I just wanted to find out whether the whole preschool had a rainbow infection.
Squeak revealed to me a rainbow tattoo on her arm.
Well now I want a rainbow tattoo!
But alas, instead of being infected with a rainbow, I had a cold.

Zarbee’s Naturals Cough & Throat Relief Daytime Drink Mix
If you like honey you will like this. Zarbee’s Naturals Cough & Throat Relief Daytime Drink Mix’s taste like a nice honey drink but if honey was like a powder if that makes sense. My cough and sore throat had some reprieve. This is a nice natural option if you have a cough and/or sore throat but if you need the big guns you need Theraflu.
Squeakette just cracks me up sometimes!

Zarbee’s Naturals Cough & Throat Relief Nightime Drink Mix is the exact same thing as the daytime but it has Melatonin for sleepy zzzzzzs….
I have a bottle of Melatonin (from a subscription box wayyyyyyy back) and only tried it as needed when I was nursing a long time back with another squeaker. I little digression, I cannot take my preferred Benadryl while nursing as it may dry supply so Melatonin is my back up.
It has been awhile since I have taken Melatonin but it did make me sleepy. The next morning I swear I had stars circling around my head but afterward the stars went away, I was very alert (in a good productive way).

It comes in three forms: Lavender, Citrus/Lemongrass and Unscented. I choose the Unscented because we have skin sensitive peeps in the house that break out with scented stuff.
Now there was an issue with the nozzle. It was broken. I sent a request to Grove to ask for a new nozzle. And then I sent a follow up because strangely I had not heard back from them. So the got back to me on the third day and stated that they tried to see if they could send a nozzle and they could not so they were sending me another set and $5 for the inconvenience.

So truth be told, I used a water spray bottle with water and then placed an item I wanted de-wrinkled on the curtain rod after a shower. So I just refilled that bottle with this bottle and there was a definite improvement. I would totally repurchase but it will take awhile because the bottle is huge and I have another one coming to me.
VERDICT:
LOVE! I am so happy that not only can I get cleaning items from Grove, I can also get a variety of other products such as cold remedies. Like I said, every-time I explore Grove, I always find new stuff. And I LOVE the fact that I can get what I want with a simple email if I need a price adjustment or if I have any issues with my order.
