Goodbeing, formerly Goodebox, is a subscription discovery service with a focus on natural and organic beauty, care products, and non-toxin goods. Upon joining Goodbeing, you will answer an intensive survey that is used to select products that are best for you. This means that your box may differ from other subscribers. My box is not reflective of all products that are offered this month.
Subscription: Goodbeing
Cost: $21.00 monthly, $60.00 for 3 months, $114.00 for 6 months, $216.00 for 12 months
What to Expect: Natural or organic beauty and personal care products along with toxin-free living goods.
I noticed in the Holiday Goodbeing Box comments that we received similar boxes that mostly matched the Holiday Goodebeing Box. I thought back to the December 2014 Goodebox that had the Balanced Guru Scrub and Sheaterra Vanilla Bourbon Shea Butter in it. The Goodebox that December 2014 subscribers received mostly matched the December Holiday Box that I purchased. I was not a Goodebox subscriber at the time. It appears to me the similarities of the Holiday Goodbeing Box and the December 2015 box is a repeat of what they did for December 2014.
Now for the review!
Red Flower Purifying Body Wash Ocean: The body wash has a sweet Eucalyptus scent to it. I will be saving it to put in the bathtub for the times when J has a stuffy nose. Red Flower is based in New York. It is vegan and cruelty-free. It’s my thought that there will be variations on this because the profile has a spot to indicate if you bath and/or shower.
Be swept away while showering!
Kumari Luxury Earth Aroma Mist: I was initially excited to see the Kumari Aroma Mist. I loved the Kumari Hair Oil Treatment from the Goodebox LE ANFGB Box 1. The Aroma Mist can be used on hair, body, linens, and into the air. The scent notes are citrus, vanilla, and cinnamon. I have sprayed this several times and can smell only the citrus scent. I will use it as an air freshener.
Not all is lost if I receive a Kumari discount code!
Board and Batten Fig & Tumeric Sugar Scrub: I love getting sugar scrubs in subscription boxes! Yes, I can and do make them. I have never made a Fig & Tumeric Sugar Scrub. It smells slightly like figs. The scrub evens out skin tone.
I stirred up the scrub before taking the picture. The scrub is gently enough for daily use. I can’t wait to try it out!
Sub Bella is doing the happy scrub dance!
Graydon Superfoods Mask + Scrub: The capsules are not vitamins that you swallow. The capsules are single serving masks! The idea behind the capsules is that it keeps the ingredients from suffering from oxidation. I am wondering if we will see more products in capsules. It could be a solution to unstable vitamins such as vitamin C.
It can be intimidating trying something new. Be sure to read the step by step directions. It also gives you ideas on what to mix it with such as cleanser, yogurt, coffee grinds, etc. I will be pairing the capsule with yogurt and use it as a yogurt mask.
I am going to give it a try. No selfies! Are you going to try it?
The Grayson Superfood Mask + Scrub wins for most unusual presentation!
Alia Nail Laquer – Dr. Rosenbeaver: The made-in-the-USA nail polish is 8 free, gluten-free and cruelty-free. The founder selected the name for the fuchsia glitter nail color based on her experiences as the first female resident at the hospital. The guys in the apartment complex called her Dr. Rosenbeaver after she requested a different name than Dr. Redbush.
I rushed last night to get this shot before the boys came back from their Wednesday night activities. There is no base coat or top coat on the polish. I used one coat to show you the color. I am going to wear this color to the farm’s Christmas party next week. The leaf in the background is a poinsettia.
Now you have an interesting story to tell at the company’s Christmas party when someone comments on your nail color.
Zelda is resting by the houses. J selected which houses we are displaying this year, hence the eclectic look.
Verdict: I’m happy with my box. I can’t wait to try out the body scrub and the facial mask! The nail polish color is gorgeous. The shower gel and aroma mist will be handy. This will be my last review of the Goodbeing box for a few months while I catch up on my beauty products.

Oooo I am hoping I get the face mask capsules too! What a great idea. I also want that tree house in your village.
The boys love the tree house. They put it out every year. Be sure to post your Dec review!
