No pictures (first full week of all squeakers in the home) but got a “why did I not think of that” moment. I usually have bigger tomatoes frozen and toss them in a slow cooker when a recipe calls for tomato. But I had these cherry tomatoes that I put in some thawed cooked ground beef to make taco meat and I put the cherry tomatoes in and as they thawed it was so satisfactory “popping” them open. Maybe because they were patricianly frozen they did not squirt on me thankfully.

So here is the box!

And Squeakette:

Imperfect Produce

Ohhhh… fancy “Tater Tats”!!!

All the stone fruit from last week is all nommed up. I do not expect this week’s to last longer either!

Mmmmmm… stone fruit.

We still have some apples left because the squeakers were good with asking permission before taking an apple so I did not order any for this week. I am excited to try out Imperfect mangoes!

I have gone from thinking this as a sweeter version of a CSA to a “Fruits of the Week” subscription box (with a hint of veggie)!

That Coffee Vanilla Almond Butter recipe this week looks enticing and I am slightly motivated to try it out.

Or this might inspire/motivate me to just put instant coffee in any nut butters.  😉
