ModCloth is a clothing website that from time to time puts together cheap mystery items that everyone buys in a flurry. This is my review of the shoes. This year they were $10 each. They do not tell you what you will get and you just hope for the best. I decided to gamble and get many pairs because I am dumb so you don’t have to be.
ModCloth carries a ton of different brands so quality and price of items will differ a lot. I will do my best to find the items on the site but it is so time consuming that I have only done a shallow search for each item.
My first grouping of ModCloth shoes:
Red Circle Ivory Lace Flats:
These flats are cute but not my style at all. Also I never wear white shoes because I tromp around all day and get everything dirty. This is so true that I even carry an extra outfit in my car for the days when I spill on myself or something else messy happens to me.
Suitable for dainty walking on clouds.
Rocket Dog Slippers:
I am going to keep these for sure because they are comfortable and I am excited to to refer to them as my “Business Slippers.” When someone makes a comment about me just loafing around the house I can subtly point to them and argue that I have been getting a TON of work done!
Suitable for wearing if you want to “dress for the position you want not the one you have.”
Report Signature – Just Down The Road Boot
I was able to find these on the ModCloth Website: http://www.modcloth.com/shop/shoes-boots/just-down-the-road-boot
These are nice and but not $139 price nice. They are not even $42 sale price nice. I am not really great with fashion but I like the challenge of wearing dark brown shoes and I don’t mind the look of the shoes. They have a little edge with the metal detailing so maybe I can intimidate those overbearing mall kiosk vendors into leaving me alone. Otherwise I am forced to fall back on my old pretending to be on the cell phone fake out.
Suitable for wearing to your first horse riding gang meet up.
In all this grouping was alright. Nothing that I loved but nothing that I hated either!
