Muellin & Sparrow Order Unboxing

I discovered Mullein & Sparrow French Lavender Oil when I first tried it in my May Goodebox.

Disclosure: This box was paid for by me. There are no affiliate links in this post.

I was writing up a Saturday Empties Extravaganza post when I decided to replace my empty Mullein & Sparrow French Lavender Oil. I placed my order on Saturday, April 8. It shipped on the 10th and arrived on the 17th.

The company’s founder had an interesting journey that led her to create Mullein & Sparrow. Everything is made in small batches.

The french lavender oil is protected in the box with shredded paper.

I try to use it sparingly at bedtime. Maybe I should check to see if there is a lavender mattress.

I purchased a full-size oil that should last awhile. I see cat hair in my picture.

Verdict: The oil is wonderful. Yesterday was a difficult day. I am going to put the oil on and head to bed!

It appears that you love lavender!

I am looking at the ingredients there are only three maybe you can DIY for a body spray or room spray?
Did you have Argan oil from Accure box that you have not used? Can you try scenting it with lavender essential oil? That should be simple it is the pure Vitamin E addition that might be an issue the only experience I had with that was with receiving a small bottle from a discontinued sub box (I totally forgot the name) and it lauded so many benefits but the product was so sticky so I am assuming any Vitamin E would be the same. You can use one of your used body oil pumps?

If you want to get lavender to make those pillows they have a whole bunch via save on crafts.
I dunno you seem more ambitious than me …. I stopped pinning/using Pinterest ages ago. My matron of honor gave me her dress which was made of gorgeous fabric I wanted to make lavender pillows and sachet. That was over 10 years ago and I still have the dress. It would help if I got a sewing machine :p

You are right. I can make the oil on my own. Mountain Rose Herbs sells vitamin E. Maybe next time I will make some and post about it. I have supplies form Mountain Rose Herbs too. I need to get back into doing that again.

I keep asking for a sewing machine for Christmas. Maybe one year 🙂 I’ll have to check out the lavender pillows.

I love lavender, I just went to Ojai lavender festival and loaded up on goodies including hydrosol, and even lavender sea salt. Thanks Bella for review and adorable cat.
