Saturday Trash Talk on Empties!

So this trash artist is one of my favorites! Francisco de Pajaro is his name. He literally paints on found trash to legally create street art. Here is the link to his blog if you are interested: blog

Alright now on to my rubbish for the week. I was a pretty tidy girl.

empties

FAB Ultra Repair Cream
Box: PSMH
Status: Empty!

I have had this container for a year now! I got it in the January 2015 PSMH box. I absolutely love it but only really use it during the colder months (ok maybe the colder 6 weeks) here because during the summer (ok the 6 weeks that are not cold) it is way to thick. But I have a back up because if you remember last year they put the Jan box up later at 50% off! So I bought a second box and could never part with this even though I could have easily swapped it! Hooray sub boxes!

Red Flower Purifying Body Wash
Box: Good Being Box
Status: Empty!

This stuff wasn’t really my cup of tea. I just don’t get body wash. I don’t like it. I don’t want to own a loofah. I think a lot of this hostility comes from the fact that things mildew here really easily (like in 2 seconds) and so enjoying body wash and body wash sponges has never really worked for me. Anyway, it did smell lovely!

Now on to Pnut’s rubbish can!

pnut

Item: RITUALS Magic Touch Cherry Blossom & Rice Milk
Origins: Amazon’s Luxury GWP Box (See Pnut’s review here)
Thoughts: Used once. Smelt like expensive baby product. Not for babies, I am trashing it.
Item: Origins A Perfect World
Origins: *snorts* I am not sure I think a Sephora GWP?
Thoughts: One of my mainstays like Philosophy’s Purity. It’s good and one of my favorite items from Origins.
Item: Elysee Firmance
Origins: Beauty DNA (See Pnut’s review here)
Thoughts: I LOVED this and I am all firmanced out. I made my skin softer and hooked on adding a serum in my AM/PM routine.
Item: Glamglow Thirtycleanse
Origins: Sephora GWP
Thoughts: I have a ton of cleansers and when I moved I could not find any of the ones I opened so I went into my stash. I choose this first because I remembered Subista mentioning the brand. I like it. I wished it had more scrubbing action and if the color was a pleasanter color (it was a light brownish color). It was very moisturizing.
Item: Beauty Balm Luxe
Origins: Petit Vour AKA Fighting Bunnies (See Pnut’s review here)
Thoughts: Great for Chicago winter skin. Nice and thick. Not into the herbally smell.
Send me your trash photos and comments for publishing! We love looking through your rubbish! mailboxjunkie808 at gmail dot com

I sometimes use bath wash as bubble bath instead. Especially if it has a good scent.
I like using serums too but I think I forget to more than I remember to.

Good idea! I totally forget to use serums too. Or I will put on the serum and then forget to put moisturizer on at night and wake up with a dry face. If only I took my skin care more seriously…… hehe I am still waiting for my Mod Cloth!

I can’t wait and see what you got from ModCloth. I truly need to remember to put on serum tonight. I had gotten 3 feet of snow from that lovely atorm and I was shoveling more snow today.

Nice empties ladies! I love serums too and might have to check that one out.

Thx Heat! Hopefully we will be getting more serums this year because they are expensive I have not bought one technically because of sub boxes!
