Saturday Empties Extravaganza guest-starring on Wednesday

Charles Barkley is exhausted after his 20 hour nap, and by being asked to pose with these empties.

 The olive oil and sugar scrub are from Little Lace Box,  the “How About Them Apples” Blush is from Birchbox a long time ago, and it was time to say goodbye.  I liked the olive oil and blush.  Major Meh, on the sugar scrub, the Lompalooza fragrance had a chemical undertone, which I did not care for.

SubBella: Charles Barkley is adorable.  I look at Kelly’s beautiful rug and see no dirty socks, sneakers, or books piled up anywhere. Look at all the empty space! The floor has a beautiful shine to it. Maybe one day I will get there! The boys do pick up after themselves most of the time.

(See, there is a benefit to small samples!)Shealicious is from Curlkit – I put it too close to my roots so my hair was a little greasy but otherwise it did make my hair soft and shiny. I probably could have gotten 3 uses out of it so there would definitely be enough for one use on Sub Bella’s thick, luxurious locks. 🙂

Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion from Birchbox – I liked it but it wasn’t amazing for me like it has been for other people. I would be happy to get another sample but wouldn’t buy full size on my own.

Redken 12 straightening cream – this was a travel size I bought on my own but hadn’t used in a while. There was only a little left and I was reminded why I liked it so much! I might buy more if I can ever make a dent in my current stash of hair products.

Pnut enjoys candles that you can use as lotions, however, she forgets to use them as lotions and just uses them as regular candles.

The Daniel Stone Red Currant candle was yummy and juicy scented as almost as awesome as the currant Pomogranite candle from FabFitFun add on.

My favorite candle from Objects With Purpose is Dahlia a lovely scented rose with lychee. It just smells as a rose canoodling with a lychee should smell like.

Archetype Rising is a wonderous mixture of scents. It has the floral of peony, the freshness of cucumber, and the woody scent of fire.

A slow and steady week.

Being Still Salt Bath: I am back to taking baths more often to help with my aches and pains. The salts had a wonderful scent. The Being Still Salt Bath is from the June Prospurly subscription box.

100% Pure Lavender Sedative Vapor Bath: I received this in a mystery bag ordered over the Thanksgiving weekend or around that time. It added a nice aroma to the bath.

 Davines Minu Conditioner: I received the Davines Minu Conditioner in my July Birchbox. I received this sample as part of the Birchbox sample pack.  I want to love Davines, but it tangles my hair.

 Davines Love Conditioner:   The conditioner came in my September Birchbox.  This conditioner worked a little better than the Minu conditioner.
